Re-syncing products

You can re-sync all products manually. Go to the product page and click the “Sync products” button.

This will trigger the order to be re-synced in the background – depending on how many products you have this could take some time.

All products can be manually re-synced every 5 hours.

You can re-sync individual products manually. Click into the product and click the “Re-sync product” button.

This will trigger the order to be re-synced in the background – it could take a few minutes to update.

Individual products can be manually re-synced every 30 minutes.
