Payouts

As a collaborator, you can view your pending payouts at anytime. Payouts frequency and threshold is set by the store owner.

1. Login to CollabPay
2. Go to “Payouts”

The most recent payouts and pending payouts will be listed, including details on the payout status, expected payment date, actual paid date and amount paid.

Click on a payout in the list to view the payout details.

Filter payouts

Finding specific payouts is made simple by filtering by:

• Status
• Payout date range
• Payout expected date range

Select filter criteria and click “Search”

Sort payouts

Payouts can be sorted by:

• Expected payment date
• Paid date

Click on the heading in the payout table to sort by that criteria.
