Expenses

You can add an expense or a custom deduction to your collaborator. Find an active payout for the collaborator and click "Add Expense".

An example of this is when if you have ad spend with Google ads or similar, you can add an amount to be deduct from the collaborators payout.

Add a name and amount to the expense (the collaborator will be able to see this name).

Adding bulk expenses

You can also add bulk expenses from the payouts page.

Currency Conversion for Payouts

• If a customer places an order in a different currency, the collaborator's share is first calculated in the order's currency and then converted into the payout currency chosen by the merchant, based on the exchange rate at the time of the order.
• Merchants previously set the payout currency to match the order currency.
• Now, with advanced currency conversion supported, they can select any payout currency, regardless of whether it matches the order currency.

• Can I remove the expense?
  Yes, simply click the red trash icon next to the row with the expense.
  
  
• What does the collaborator see?
  The collaborator will be able to see the same details as the store owner.
