Connecting products via a CSV

To connect products to a collaborator via a CSV you’ll first need to go to the collaborator page. Then scroll down to the Connect Products section. Here you’ll see the “Connect via CSV” button.

Once the modal has opened, download the CSV template. Using this template you are able to customise what products are connected to your collaborator.

Once you have selected your file, click the upload button.

Note this will overwrite ALL connected products including the advance connected products.

If any errors are detected in your CSV then nothing will be imported and you will be able to download the errors in a CSV.

If everything is successful then you’ll receive this success message and your products will be connected to your collaborator.
