Getting started
It’s simple to get started as a collaborator. The store owner will send you an invite via email to join CollabPay. It’s easy and it’s free. Simply follow the steps below to get set up and get ready to be paid.
1. Accept the invite to join CollabPay
The store owner will send you an invite via email to get paid for product collaborations through CollabPay.
Accept the invite and install CollabPay by clicking the button “Complete your free account now!”.
2. Setup a collaborator account
You’ll be prompted to create a CollabPay account. This is completely free for collaborators.
You’ll be logged in and prompted to complete the setup required.
3. Check your collaborator details
The store owner will attach products to you as a collaborator and set your earnings, either as a percentage of the product price or as a flat fee.
Check the details:
- Go to “Products”
- Click on a product to view the details, including your collaborator payout amount.
*Note: Visibility is controlled by the store owner, so the information available to you may differ from the examples.
4. Setup your payment details
In order to receive payouts, you’ll need to setup your payment details. This can occur via Paypal or Stripe, depending on what your store owner is using.
As a collaborator, you need to use the same payment provider as your store owner or you may not be paid.
